After our program, you will be equipped with all the necessary skills to become an outstanding Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher.
This program will take you from novice to expert as you begin with your 200 HR RYT and go straight into our Adv. 300 HR RYT. You will not only do research to position yourself as an expert in the field, you will complete a work-study, so you have teaching experience already on your resume upon graduation!
Our certification is Yoga Alliance accredited, and you will be able to register as a 500 HR RYT, with some experience to go with it. This opens the door for so many new career opportunities!
Community and Connection
In this course, you will have to opportunity to connect with a cohort of like-minded students and learn as a group. You are never in this Yoga journey alone, and we strive to put the love back into online learning!
Upon graduation, you will also have the opportunity to connect with our Pointe of Grace Alumni through our life-long Alumni page to carry these connections with you wherever you are in your journey.
What You'll Learn
Our internationally accredited Trauma-Informed 500 RYT pathway bundles our 200 HR RYT Certificate WITH our 300 HR Adv. RYT Certificate, meeting (and exceeding) the Yoga Alliance (YA) elevated standards of Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) so that you can earn your 500 HR RYT credentials in as little as 9 months.
This accelerated path is designed to equip you to be a skilled and compassionate Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher trained in the Hatha Yoga tradition with introductions to Yin, Vinyasa, and Chair Yoga traditions so that you can effectively teach in today's modern Yoga environment.

The Journey to Certification and Beyond
Certification Components Include:
- Attend Live In-Person and/or Online YTT Sessions (See Attendance Policy)
- Complete Reading and Homework as Assigned;
- Complete 150 Guided Practice Hours, including 25 Hours of Intermediate/Advanced Level Practice (Provided in Coursework);
- Pass an Open-Book, Multiple Choice Final Exam;
- Attend Practicum Teaching OR Teach 5 Internship Classes;
- Pass a Teaching Demonstration.
- Completing 15 Hours of YTT Practicum Observation & Reflection;
- Completing a minimum of 30 Hours of Teaching, Assistant Teaching, and YTT Practicum Internship;
- Creating & Presenting a 2 HR Workshop on Advanced YTT Application for Evaluation and Approval;
- Presenting Your Workshop for 2 CEUS to other RYTs;
Graduates Can Professionally:
- Teach Beginning to Advanced Group & Private Yoga Classes;
- Offer Beginning to Advanced Yoga Workshops;
- Host Beginning to Advanced Yoga Retreats;
- Work in a Gym, Clinical Setting, Yoga Studio, or Wellness Center;**

In order to use this scholarship for our RYT program, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

- OR Spouses married to members of the National Guard and reserves in these same pay grades are eligible.
