Welcome to the Pointe of Grace Yoga Studio!

We are thrilled that you have chosen to join us in the online space. Whether you are brand new to yoga, have had time away from your mat, or practice daily - know that you belong here!

We are a diverse community of Yogis from all walks of life on a journey of discovery and transformation as we seek to find authentic and sustainable ways to live from a place of increasing wellbeing - physically, mentally, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.

This is judgement-free space where you are truly welcome to come as you are and to become all that you were created to be!

What's unique about our offerings: We offer Trauma-Informed Yoga classes in a variety of Yoga traditions and levels, as well as meditation, breathing practices, and other resources to meet you where you are in your journey and help you tailor your experience around practices that match your personal needs, goals, and preferences.

What you should know about our classes:
Modifications are provided in every Yoga class so that you can adapt the movement to suit your needs while mindfully developing your functional strength, flexibility, and balance as you cultivate mind-body-soul connection, resiliency, and wellbeing. Having said that, this is your time on the mat to tend to your wellbeing. Please feel empowered to rest as often as you need, to make changes to any sequence that might serve you better, or even add advanced variations as you feel inclined so that you get all you need from your time on the mat.

Liability Waiver: By participating in an any of our live studio classes and/or using any of our on-demand recorded offerings, you agree to following liability waiver.

LIABILITY WAIVER: I understand that Pointe of Grace Yoga teachers and other guest teachers or speakers leading any and all classes/workshops/retreats/sessions through the Pointe of Grace Project, Yoga Studio, or Yoga Institute are not serving in this role as a physician/clinician and cannot treat, diagnose, or cure any disease, condition, illness, or injury. In all cases, Students/Participants/Guests should join Yoga sessions/workshops/classes/retreats with approval from a trusted medical professional and should always follow their doctor’s advice. In addition, Students/Participants/Guests should always be mindful of their own limitations and modify or avoid any movements that might cause pain or injury. Students/Participants/Guests take full responsibility for their own health and any illness or injury that may occur while participating in sessions/classes/workshops/retreats and any/all online offerings. Students/Participants/Guests cannot and will not hold the Yoga teachers, the corporation, any employers, or affiliates responsible in the case of accident or illness during Yoga practice.
